So did you ring o2 and speak to someone about the Error Code?

Thank you, I have escalated the issue with upper group of technicians and they informed me that that will resolve the issue within 5 to 7 days , I also called apple technical expert they have said the problem is from 02 , they need network carrier update

I hope O2 resolve your issue within the timescale promised, but you need to be ready to chase them if the matter is not dealt with timeously.
Based on the experiences of other members of this community, it is possible that there might be slippage on the timescale. 👍

you wont get anywhere, they are useless. ive had issue for 14 days now and not sorted.

Thank you mate I know some of the technicians are not fully trained and doesn’t know about solving problems, if you say something they understand different
in case they are unable to solve my issue I will surely send the item back to them, more than 11 months I’m paying the airtime which I’m not using at all
