I purchased an Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen a month ago & have tried to set up the mobile service but it just says:
"We're setting up your Apple Watch on the O2 network & we'll text you when it's all done. If you don't receive a text within 24 hours, call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 08."
It's been like this for the past couple weeks. I've tried phoning 202 & had an esim sent out but that didn't work either.
I've seen similar posts on here with this issue so hoping someone can sort this? I've had apple watches before on my phone plan & no issues connecting to the mobile service.

I’ve got the same issue, been going on way too long. Phone calls, online chats and visiting the o2 store, no help at all!!!
