Apple Data Plan not activating! Reference code 112

Hello, I have recently switched my o2 mobile contract from business to a personal sim only contract (Keeping my same number) so I can use my Apple ultra watch on a data plan. However, when I try to activate it, I get an error message Reference code 112. Can you help with this please
