Recently updated IOS to 17.4.1. Tried to sign in to my app and get error message saying that the app is not available to me yet and to sign in to my 02 which I have done and that does not show me all my information. I have de and reinstalled the app, turned the phone on and off and nothing works. I have been using the app for several years and find it valuable. Can anyone help?

It's nothing to do with an phone update.

O2 have screwed up a system update, so you'll need to contact O2 to regain access.
