For few months now our signal has dropped in the house. We can call or receive text unless we are going outside in the street. We both working from home so that’s not ideal!
I know there is wifi call option but why we should let them get away with that!! We are paying a contact to call from anywhere not using our own system? Otherwise we should  charge them for that then!
I use the signal checker and while we are having 4 masts in our area the download/upload result is poor. 2.0 Mbps and 0.3 Mbps.

You both work from home but don't want to use WiFi Calling.

It's not O2 that suffers but your business.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I never said I don’t want to use it, I find it hard to digest the fact that O2 use our wifi to solve their failure to provide signal…

I paid full price for the pleasure of not getting a full service… hiding behind some small prints is not ethical…

if you order a meal at the restaurant and the kitchen keep 25% you won’t be happy to pay the full price…
