Hi,

I recently bought a mobile router, which has its own sim and mobile number. I am trying to remove age verification, and on the website it says that I have (see screenshot).
However, I still do not have age verification removed as I have tested it. I tried calling, but it has to be from the number (which is a sim in a router…). I have tried the online route, but it keeps on telling me that there are technical difficulties and that I should call.

Any tips?

Have you switched the device off then back on again to reset things?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Rjl123

Is this a data SIM ?

If it isn't, pop it into your 'phone whilst you sort out removal of the age verification and then put it back into the router.  👍
