I need to remove the age restrictions on my daughter’s account so I can download Whats App to her iPhone. I rang O2 last week and they supposedly sorted it but I’m still unable to do it. Can someone help? 😀

(Oh man I’m missing McD’s already 😱)

O2 age restrictions should not affect you downloading apps, I’m confident you will need to look into the associated Apple ID to help remove download/age restrictions on apps.
