Adjustment Charges on Bill

My most recent bill I have been charged 45pounds in adjustments. I have downloaded a PDF and there is no further information about this amount. This amount was more than my old tariff!

If this is a first bill with a new tariff then there will be adjustments showing @Anna14 

If not and as we have no access to your accounts, you need to call O2.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Thank you for your response, I will call that number. My main problem is my contract had ended and I was not informed of any adjustment charges that would be made!

Adjustments can be something either positive or negative on your bill @Anna14 

If the figure has a - (minus) in front of it, then that's credit.

If this is the case then you need to ask O2 to transfer money into your bank account.
