My phone number is associated with an account in my old email. When i try to log into the account it says that it’s sent a code to my old email, but the email has now been deleted so the code cannot be accessed. When i try to speak to someone over the chat line they say you can only speak to them on the my o2 app but i can’t log into the account. Any ideas?
