Hi! My wifes sim card ends today (on another network) and I was looking at some O2 deals to buy her a new one. In the process I had to sign her up using her email and at the checkout I had an error about some details not matching up or something. So when I closed the browser and tried logging in again it said details match one of another account (she may have made an account years back) so I tried logging in to her (maybe) older account using the older email but it said they've sent a email to verify the account in the inbox but no emails arrived.
After multiple tries of logging in the account is now apparently locked and says contact an administrator for help. Not sure what to do now so here I am seeking guidance and advice. She needs that Sim card tomorrow by the latest otherwise she has no mobile plan or calling possibility!
If there is an O2 staff that can help please do reach out I can go in to more detail about everything individually.

Even if you get this sorted you will not get a SIM for tomorrow O2 use Royal Mail and deliveries are typically 4 or 5 days.
Getting one from an O2 shop would be the only way
