Hi I've recently moved to smarty, I can no longer log into my o2 account how can I claim my refund please

If on Pay Monthly then you need to contact o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

If on PAYG you can only get a refund if you ported out of o2..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
