Hi I have recently had an issue with 5g and can’t seem to find an Answer so any help would be great. Last week I had 5g appear on my phone for the first time in my home and was using it with no issues.
I then came to update my contract which is now unlimited data and I can no longer get 5g at my home.
the only thing to change is the contract which I was assured can be used with 5g.
I have checked the service in my area and it has not changed either and no service incidents are shown.
does anyone know what might have caused this to happen?

Did this get resolved? I've had exactly the same issue - I upgraded to unlimited data (sim-only), and my 5G got switched off at same time, along with my visual voice-mail. Got the VVM sorted, but still no 5G - been using it for months 😕
