My 4G has been down the last couple of days. I have switched the phone on and off numerous times and still not working. There’s apparently no issues with o2 in the area. Please help.

Hi, @Sidsid1983 - which aspect is not working: voice, data, SMS?
If SMS - You could clean your SIM card (gently!), as explained in this Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received).

Do use the O2 network checking tool in MyO2 and log your test by registering for updates (in the Guide too).
Finally, if it is just data that is not working, switching your phone settings to use 3G instead of 4G can sometimes help overcome this issue with an oversubscribed signal.
