1 account, 4 sims, how do I port different numbers to each sim?

I have just set up an account with O2 on which I have 4 separate SIMs for my family. I have PAC codes for each of our old SIMs so that I can port the numbers to the new SIMs.

Using the O2 app I have been able to enter the PAC code for the first SIM, however every time I then try to add PAC codes for the others the app just refers to the PAC Code/number I've already entered. How can I do this for the other 3 SIMs?
