hi i have the mobile broadband the dongle thingie. i have just bought a wireless printer but cant get it to work. comes up with error message. can someone tell me can the printer work with the dongle only, or do you need a router?

You need a router otherwise the printer can't be assigned an IP address so your computer can send the info to the printer over the home network.

what type of router do i need, i have a netgear for ordinary broadband. but now have a mobile dongle now. woul my old router work and how. ta
