why am i being charged for disney plus

Hi! How are y'll, just joined a new tariff a month ago i chose disney plus as an extra because it says have disney plus on us, but i have just received my first bill and i noticed they charge me, i have it on there for 6 months, i thought it was free, have i messed up or have they made an error? Thanks for your help! Take care!
