Why does O2 continually advertise stock on the website (namely Alcatel as new handsets on payg) that are unavailable for home delivery, and since you cannot get them instore it's blatant false advertising surely?

 

Just remove the items from the website, as I personally am sick of clicking on handsets to find them "out of stock for home delivery", or is this deliberately not done so the page won't look pathetically empty?

@scooby71So many complaints similar to yours. A pretty grim state of affairs at any time but in the lead up to Christmas it's even worse....

They should concentrate on their core business of mobile communications instead of meddling in the music industry.

 

Maybe then they would be number one instead of being a number two, know what I mean?
