I'm going around in circles on this impossible web site, how do i contact someone about returning an accessory item. For a communications company its so disapppinting that a navigatable website can't be constructed, its so badly thought through. I've sat here for 45 minutes going around in cirlces... so frustrating. If anyone from O2 is out there...the screen protector for an apple watch i've recieved is smudged and unussable and i would like to return/replace it....not even a complicated enquiry!

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
If you wish to return an item you must make sure you're returning it within the 14 days return policy. Just fill the return form and send it through the post.

No problem. I know you are only trying to help which is why it's important to get the information correct. Otherwise it confuses the poster.

If you want it replaced then yes. If the screen guard came attached to the watch as part of the deal then you would have to return the watch as well.
Alternatively, you could buy a new one from an independent supplier.
Not ideal I know, though it would be quicker in this current climate than sending anything back to O2.
