My 24 moth contract ended in January and I received a letter from O2 saying I was being moved to a lower (Refresh) contract. However this reduction has never appeared in my bills despite the letter saying it would automatically do so. Who do I contact to get this sorted as you can't use O2 customer services for general enquirers.
