Can I get a email to the payment department? I’m currently without a phone and cannot call I received a letter stating that my account was shut off, and close to being sold to a debt management company I want to pay my bill but cannot as it seems no way to do this as I am house bound in this lockdown.

You can use Skype on a PC/laptop to call customer services @Amy11.
Contact methods are in the guide below:

Best number to try calling is 0800 587 4005, although you may need to be flexible with why you are calling to get put through to someone...

Hi @Amy11 , sorry to hear about the situation you described above. How are you getting on with this today, did you manage to get anything sorted yet with Payment Management as adviced above or are you still waiting?

Thanks @gmarkj for the helpful info above thumbsup

Sadly not, I’m hopeful to get a email from them it’s the same email on the account so should be no issues like that...I have no calls or anything to do anything and I don’t have a good enough phone for Skype...I’m isolated in my house, lost my job but have the necessary funds now to clear my bill..but with no live chat or anything I’m at my whits end..

You can use the Skype website to do it, or download it to your PC/laptop that you are using?

Hi @Amy11 , hopefully you managed to get this sorted finally (thanks for the Skype suggestion above @gmarkj ) but if you're still stuck with this, let us know and we can check if we could get someone on our end to help out.

No one from customer services will contact you from here @Amy11 - you will need to contact them using the number above and Skype, or by borrowing a phone from someone.
