I’ve just upgraded and have noticed my data isn’t on in the settings which I’m confused to why? Do I need a new sim? I never got told about anything like this, I’m not sure how to get a QR code or out like that to add the data plan.

@Sam23

Do you mean your phone settings?

What phone is it?

Have you tried to turn on your data?

You may not have data enabled on your account if it was set up wrong, so you may have to call to check Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
