the upgrade is the same as any new customer, any deal displayed in the o2 shop is what you can upgrade to.

iPhone 11 Pro 256gb on unlimited data
iPad Pro 12.9” 2020 256gb refresh o2 family discount
Apple Watch series 4
My first mobile was in 1995 a CM-R111 from sony on Cellnet.
Wincanton South Somerset (Full 4g 3G 2g indoor coverage) Remember we are all customers here not customer services

If you are wanting a free handset it will be based on your present tariff. You can obviously go for any handset you like but there may well be a front end fee which again will be based on the tariff you choose.

Hi tonytaz69.

You can upgrade to any phone you want.

As with new and upgrading customers the price you pay for the phone depends on what tariff you are going to move to, the only way to retain your current price plan is if it is still a current tariff or if you avoid "upgrading" i.e buy your phone SIM free.

The higher the tariff the more phones you will have available to you free of charge.

Don't know if it will work for you but when I upgraded one of my contracts I did it over the phone and got a few freebies thrown in such as 200 extra anytime minutes and unlimited weekend calls for the duration of the contract just a thought

The op is after a free or cheap phone ie: an s3 or iPhone 5 for free but as a previous poster has said either sim free or have to be on a higher tariff to have the phone they want
