Hi I am looking to upgrade my phone but my account says i am unable to due to having outstanding payments however when i go to make a payment it says that the amount i need to pay is 0 so i am confused as to what te issue is.
My phone has never been turned off while ive had it which i am assuming would be the case if a payment had been missed so i was wondering if you could help with this
