upgrade to s20 ultra

I have pre-ordered the s20 ultra and states expected arrival is up to 31st March for store collection. what will happen if O2 decides to close shops? how would I be able to set up a contract with the device as well as receiving it?

I have pre ordered the device in store. So the whole set up of contract would be done in store. What would happen if o2 decides to close its stores?
