I asked that telephone no - [removed] be unlatched.  You informed me by email that unlatching code for same had to be requested from manufacturer.  this still has not be done and I getting quite annoyed. this mobile belongs to my 90 year old mother and I would appreciate if you could get  this sorted ASAP.

thank you.

This isn't customer service and is a customer community. You need to remove the number so as not to be spammed.

Follow the link here for advice. If you have access to My O2 it can be unlocked via there.

What phone is it and where was it purchased?
Unless it’s an iPhone, any phones sold by car phone warehouse are sold unlocked so do not need to be done by o2.
