unexpected charges

Just curious.

 

Been charged 12p for two messages from this number 34652 694259.

 

O2 have no information on this number in their Charge Checking section.

 

Clearly the amount is inconsequential but a little disturbing for someone to add anything to my bill and the more alarming if I have done something I was unaware of 😮 lol.  I don't know whether it is some sort of skimming scam or something innocent.

 

If anyone knows the answer I'd be grateful.
