unable to receive calls from outside O2

Hi,

I am having a problem - I am unable to receive calls from outside O2 (otherwise able to ring out, send/receive texts etc)

Swapped the handset, swapped the SIM, no luck, any ideas? The tech support said to swap the sim again but I am sure that won;t fix it

Ask the O2 CS tech support person to tear down and rebuild your account - this has rectified this type of issue for some, @andreicr - but only O2 can deactivate your number, and then reactivate it a short while later. Good luck!

Thanks a lot, I've managed to log the fault and now waiting up to 3 working days for the tech team to get back to me
