In June 2023 O2Emma (via private messages) resolved a problem for me with my contract that was being phased out by O2.
The same problem is happening with the NEW contract I was transferred to in early July 2023 (4 months ago)
3 days ago I tried to private message O2Emma again but have not received a reply, so am not sure if she still helps customers in the O2 Community.
Are there any O2 forum members who can help me please

Emma, along with all the O2 Agents was withdrawn from here in July past.
Just us customers now.
We can only point people in the direction of customer services.
I'm told the Social Media Team is slow but good
