This started happening a few days ago, been fine previously, she cant call me, it says you've dialed an incorrect number.
Same thing from my dad's phone who's on Lyca, I've tried my o2 sim in different phones still the same.
Other networks can call me fine.
I rang o2 support last night, he did some resets but still happens.
What's going on? Thanks

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

You can also pop into your local O2 store and see if they can offer any assistance.

As @Oxonian has said nothing o2 can do about this issue, your other half will need to wait for Lycamobile to fix the issue..
Going to an o2 store will have no impact and nor will a new sim card....
