I have been on pay&go for years and have always had unlimted texts, so why am I now being charged for every text I send ???

Anybody else suffering with this ?

What numbers are you texting that are been charged?
Are they converting from sms to mms at all?

Weekends trying to call customer service is like platting sawdust. Early morning may be your best option or give the live chat a risk.
