Resolved! Upgrade incorrect tariff charge on my o2 ?

I recently upgraded to 4gb unlimited minutes and texts for £18 per month sim only. On my o2 this shows as a tariff charge of £21. O2 have said by bill will be reduced by £3 every month. Is this correct?

Resolved! International Text charges never sent.

I have 3 PAYG lines with O2.Got one on 07Oct. Topped up £20 for the £20 Bundle.Did the same again on 08Nov. Bundle Renewed. Topped up £20 on 07Dec and an hour later £1.60 deducted for International Text. And as not enough money, Bundle did not renew....
