Hi

I want to change from my current £10.50 per month tariff (out of contract) to the online tariff - 32GB £8 month.

How do I change so I don't lose service but don't pay for 2 tariffs at once please?

You just do it via myo2 or via Customer Services, note you can not move to any tariffs on uSwitch  or Money Supermarket as these are for New Customers Only, unless you signup for a new contract and ask o2 to migrate the old number to the new contract. Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Matters not if phone or just sim, the process is the same.

Credit checks will also be required now for upgrades.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
