It's a well known scam.

Ignore and block the number.

Forward text to 7726 to report it to O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Do not click on any link sent. You can update your bank details on myO2.

Check and see if your Bill has been deducted from your bank account. Your myO2 too is likely to show if you owe any bill.

It is highly likely that the text is a scam so do not click on any link to update your bank details
Stay safe
