hello so i just put my new sim in my phone and it has recognised that its o2, but wont give me 4g or let me make calls or texts

You need to call customer service and sk them to remove the block they put on the account when you reported the phone stolen. Once removed you need to keep rebooting the phone every 30 minutes. For obvious reasons they wouldn't send an active sim in the post.

Have you switched mobile data on, you may not have the right message settings. Call Customer Service To enable your account. Best time to call is 8-8.30am

i am already an o2 customer, so the sim should already have been activated by them. i just needed a new sim because my device was stolen i have my personal data on and its giving me full signal, but its just not working. thank you for replying so quickly
