i have a new phone and new sim, can anyone tell me if i text sim swap from my old phone or new phone? ive searched everywhere, even asked o2 live but cant get an answer.

hi thank you for the reply, i have read this but it doesnt tell me if i need to text from my old phone with old sim or from my new phone and new sim
