sim card disconnects

Can anyone advise please, from time to time my sim card is unable to be read by my phone, ive transfered it to my old cracked phone (same model) and the same happens, also ive taken the sim card holder out of my old phone into new phone and it still does it, can i get a replacement sim?

Yes, you need to contact O2 and ask them to send you a new sim. All numbers are in this guide

O2 stores have now reopened so you can also go to your local store for a new sim instantly.
