sim card change

Hi new on this site, got a new samsung galaxy s3 mini 2 days ago needed a new sim card for it was told to go to o2 store, got one yesterday, they transferred the number to the new sim card, fantastic got home to put card in new phone, card faulty, o2 sent new sim card cannot activate as they send a text to my current sim card which is faulty so cannot see code required and my old one has been de activated what do I do now.

You will need to contact customer service via one of the methods in the Contact button in my signature. You could try the chat option as I believe they are open until around 11pm.
