signal problems

am with o2 on data sim contract, paying £25 a month to use the internet and the signal is totaly rubbish. it only goes to one bar. ive tried explaining on live chat and got no joy. am thinking of getting rid of o2 as its a waste of time and money. why dont o2 sort their signal out. instead of fobbing paying customers off

Try reporting it through the MyNetwork app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
