why cant i talk to anyone at 02 about my account spending hours on the phone on hold and numerous complaints account in arrears as quiring bill and cant make claim on insurance got 3 numbers and 1 can make calls but cant  calls or receive or send messages have waited 2 weeks on them to send out sim and the other has no data

Why not pop into your nearest O2 shop with the phone(s) and supporting photo id, @Greg2?

done that and as account is in investigation they cant tell me anything get tole to use there phone to call them and same thing passed pillar to post
