i want to complain and cant get through to anyone via 202 and sent 3 emails from beginning of march - no response . i just want to leave o2 fed up of paying for a service and internet i am not receiving.

You are absolutely correct @MI5

 

However, if someone says that they are "....fed up of paying for a service and internet i am not receiving", then it does not seem unreasonable to point them in the direction of guidance that might rectify the problem. 👍
