any tricks to get the samsung A50 working its just died have it on the charger battery life was near full wouldnt even have it i month will bring it back to the o2 shop in morning

Hi @imck 

Try this first....

Press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons. Release the Power button when the phone vibrates but continue holding on to the Volume Up and Home buttons. When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release both the Home and Volume Up buttons.

Just take it back. If less than 1 month old you will get a brand new replacement.
