removing the Disney channel

i am finding it impossible to remove the Disney channel from my account ,had 6 months free , now they charged me without any agreement

It is quite clear when you sign up for these extras that the charges start at the end of the free term. so they haven't charged you without your permission.  I would recommend reading what it says on screen in the future...
