Has anyones child paid for game addons by adding to there o2 bill mine did but I contacted the game developer and they issued a full refund via the original payment method so where has the refund gone I cant find a balance on my o2 account.

You need to contact O2. Any refund will show as a minus figure on your bill ie -£25.(or whatever the cost was.

When talking to O2, ask them to apply a bar to charge to mobile on your account. This will stop this happening in future.
