I recently upgraded and when I log in to my O2 it looks like I am being charged twice for airtime - 0nce for the number I kept and again for the new sim that was sent with the new phone - how do I go about getting a refund

Did you get a new number with the upgrade? if so then it sounds like you have taken a new connection out rather than upgrade. if you are wanting to keep the number you need to call and get them swap the number from your old contract to your new one.
