re activating a replacement sim pay monthly

hi im really confused as i had a new sim sent out as mine wasnt working i received the sim today and activated it via the web chat. I still cant make calls, txts etc nor can i receive them. How long does this normally take to come back on? x

It can take up to 24 hours to fully complete the transfer, if any longer contact cs via chat again

Have you tried switching the phone off and on again - as stuart says it can take up to 24 hours but usually activation is within 20 minutes or so - try it and let us know how you get on.
