So im trying to get access to apparently "adult" content. I get a block page.
So i fill in my credit card details, all ok, done this a few times. Says "we have a technical error" please try again later or go to the o2 website.
So i go to the o2 website. Type my credit card details in again. i get another "we have a technical error" please dial this number.
So i dial the number, type my credit card details in AGAIN. The automated woman then says. Your details have been verified, we are unable to alter your settings. Please go to o2. I cant, i dont have time.
CAn you look into this, whats the point in providing these options to appreantly unblock me, if they dont work?
Frustrating isnt the word!!!

I havent as Im at work and tried to unblock in my lunch hour.
Whats wrong with the systems? Can you check my account as it said i verified myself ok, but cant change the setting...............

You really need to speak to customer service as they can unblock it for you. Another website or system issue amongst others.
