How ridiculous?
I'm not sure how I'm meant to get a pdf version to my accountants now...
As above ^^^
View latest bill >> scroll down to view older bills then simply click on download as pdf

I've just spent the last hour on chat trying to do this. It is no longer an option on the bill page. The advisor kept telling me it was. IT ISN'T!!!

It has to be done on the PC.
View latest bill.
scroll down and click on view latest details and charges
click on print and download and print latest bill
This will bring up the option for you.

Thanks, you would have saved me 54 minutes if I'd come straight here!!! Now they just need to tell the customer support team that is where it is.

The problem is they have changed the layout of MyO2 and it is hard to find. We have answered this question so many times I am not surprised we have become experts..:smileywink:
It is annoying though that the CS staff who should know...don't..

I would think chat would be clueless being outsourced. It's something that you need to have looked for yourself and to do that you need an account. Outsourced staff couldn't access My O2 without an account.

I can download and print from my PC currently running Firefox...I haven't tried from my Note 3 but the option is certainly there in My O2
