Hi
I transferred to o2 from Orange on Monday afternoon (six days ago).
I requested to keep my old number (using the pac code system) however it is not functioning correctly. I only receive calls from people on o2 and do not seem to be receiving all texts.
I have been back to the shop three times this week. Each time the o2 guru messes with the phone and tells me to wait 24 hours. Six days in and I'm still not sorted!
Can anybody help?
Tried EVERYTHING apart from completely wiping the phone....
Any suggestions?

They supposedly did this yesterday evening in the shop at 4pm. I was told to flick my phone on and off at midday today and it would be sorted, still no joy!
Can this ever be rectified?
Not or receiving calls from landline or any other network, just friends on o2.
Imessage facilty also not working, says "waiting for activation"...

I called led them today at 8am, sorted by 11:30....
They rebooted the PAC, think it was a split port like you say. Receiving calls from all networks now which is good. All texts haven't come through but guess they will over the course of the day. iMessage facility working , no longer saying waiting for activation.

i have the same issue waiting since 26 may, getting alls only from o2 mobiles and others cant call or text me
i have been told there is no solution and i have to wait for 5 more days
what should i say to CS to get this sorted?
