Solved: poor network connection

Does anyone have really poor network connections? o2 use to be fantastic for signal but now my signal drops pretty much on every phone call I have. I am up and down the m6 with work and its no better anywhere. I have ordered a new sim to try but if this doesn't work, I'm going to have to switch network. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

But the reality is that O2 is generally oversubscribed everywhere and in dire need of investment.

Short term..... switch networks.
