I received iphone se 2020 recently ordered to replace earlier iphone se. Charging cable received does not fit plug used for previous phone, understand its the fast charging cable.

On all previous purchases plug was part of the order. I feel this should have been supplied or given the option for the older style of cable. Not able to contact anybody?

@Jeff99

You need to take it up with Apple as it's their decision to remove plugs from all phones now.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

What's In The Box

Due to changes made by Apple, your iPhone will come with a USB-C to Lightning charging cable and documentation, but not a 3 pin USB-C plug or set of headphones

Dont worry, the rumours are circling again that Apple are dumping lightning and moving to USB-C for the phone as well as the charger part..

Apple arent daft as well, as its £19.49 profit per charger sold..... (my guesstimate)
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
